- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

Cream Cheese Frosting
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Make the Pumpkin Cookie Dough
